Applied Kinesiology Assessments Now Available

If You've Been Living With Pain Applied Kinesiology May Help You

Applied Kinesiology
can reduce or eliminate:

  • Low back pain
  • Headaches
  • Poor Sleep
  • Stress
  • Poor posture
  • Low energy
  • Balance problems

Body Alignment

Imagine your bone structure as the frame of the bridge, and the muscles and tendons are the cables that hold everything in place. If one side of your body becomes tight, it will often pull the entire structure out of alignment, much as our bridge under stress risks buckling and failure.

In the human body, pain often arises as these tensions created by muscular imbalances pull the body out of alignment.

How Can Applied Kinesiology Help?

By finding and releasing tight muscles that limit freedom of movement, Applied Kinesiology treatments allow your body to return to its natural equilibrium.

Visit our website for more information about the varieties and benefits of Applied Kinesiology treatment, or call (262) 321-7328.

New Razor Spa Services Starting Soon: Acupuncture and Applied Kinesiology

Acupuncture Services begin Monday, February 23

We've had a number of requests for acupuncture services, and now they are here!

Look for Jocelyn Mitchell in the Washington Avenue club, at a table in the lobby area to take questions and set appointments. Of course, you are also welcome to call ( (262) 321-0200) to set a time with her.
Generally, appointments should be available:
Mondays 9a-6p, Tuesdays 9a-8p,
Fridays 9a-2p and Saturdays 9a-4p.

We'll give you all a formal introduction to Jocelyn once she starts to settle in, with a picture and biography! Until then, keep an eye open for her around the club and welcome her.

Applied Kinesiology Treatment Coming Soon

If you suffer from:

· Low back pain
· Headache
· Poor sleep
· Stress
· Poor posture
· Low energy
· Balance problems

Applied Kinesiology can reduce or eliminate your pain.

Treatments use a combination of manual muscle testing, trigger point massage, lymphatic massage, acupressure and nutritional advice to address pain that results from imbalances in alignment. While related to traditional chiropractic methods, Applied Kinesiology uses a different series of subtle manipulations to relieve painful imbalances.

Razor Sharp/SPS Sports Performance Trainer Tony Megna (CSCS, TFH IV, TRX) will very soon be taking appointments.

Watch for further information in the next couple of weeks as we finalize last details.
