Spring Group Exercise Launch #BetterTogether

Spring is really and truly on the horizon ~ so re-dedicate yourself to your fitness goals


We're launching the new quarter's Group Exercise schedule on April 11th.

What: All the energy and fitness camaraderie of our classes, with a few extras thrown in! It's our way to keep our members on track to meet their 2015 health and fitness goals!

Note -- for Saturday's GroupRIDE, GroupPOWER and R30 classes only, we are asking for reservations to ensure that there is enough equipment to accommodate everyone. You can reserve at the front desk of the Washington Avenue and Downtown clubs, or call to put your name in (262.321.0200 or 262.456.2678, respectively).

* 90-minute, 2-instructor Zumba at Washington Avenue!
* Plus extra fun for Yoga, Step and Aquasize
